App is great
So far the app seems to be doing its primary job and it is a very helpful app.
In terms of improving the app:
-add a class cancellation option ( allow class cancellations up to 4 hours before class starts)
-add images or more detailed options for the F45 Merchandise/Store Page
- add class registration numbers on the class schedule

Too many screens
While I love the ease of booking through an app, why I have to go through 3 screens to book one class is beyond me. Please stop
Fast, easy to use
This app is straight forward. It provides all the info I need to book classes and manage my acct. And when I wanted to contact the studio directl (using the contact info listed in the app), they have replied to my email and answered the phone when I’ve called...that’s rare.

Perfect companion app
Straight forward and functional, this app makes scheduling/booking a spot in class a breeze, it also subconsciously (or consciously) commits your psyche to the workout in advance.

Waitlist troubles
I love the convenience of this app, however it stinks that you only get a notification when a spot opens up and you have to book it immediately. When I first got the app, based on how many people dropped and my position on the waitlist, I’d be automatically entered, now it seems like I have to sit by my phone just to make sure I can get off the waitlist and into a class. I hope this changes back so based on your waitlist position, you’re bumped into the class when it becomes available!

Great fluid app. Easy to book classes and see what's going on.

The app is easy and simple to use. I appreciate the energy by the coaches at F45 they made every class fun and they motivated me to keep pushing when I was tired. I will be signing up because after every class I felt great and accomplished! Thanks Crownpoint, Ind F45!
