No surveys in months
The pay was cheap when the app actually did work, then they changed it so you need $5 minimum to cash out. I’ve been sitting at $4 for five months. The stench of death permeates this app as they keep insisting in replies to other reviews that surveys depend on their clients, and it’s clear they have NO clients. And apparently no ability to get any, either. I guess they’ll keep my $4 when they inevitably close down.Xmore77
Great app UNTIL last update.
This app was great. User friendly, paid on time. Until the last update, now there is nothing.. Very disappointed. Not sure what happened? Really wish it would come back.Mama bear2005
Once great app but no more
I have been using this app for quite awhile and it was really awesome, but something changed about six months ago or so I no longer get surveys and it looks like the app seems to shut down not sure what is happening. I report it but get no response.Love my rebates
Not working since the update
I loved getting surveys from Gauge and I love being a part of the Gauge Fam. However, the app hasn’t worked since the update. I’m still able to log in but that’s it. No surveys or videos. Just silence.LilMzB2

I have emailed but no response. Updated it. Not on Instagram but not 1 survey. My hubby’s is doing the same. We can’t figure it.farrahsahorse
App not working since update
The app page is now blank upon logging in, also cannot cash out. I did a response when i sent an email to them about it but nothing has been resolved and i have not gotten any replies since.😒msblak808
Everytime they release an update, you can’t log in
Seems like every time there is an update you can’t log in again. You either have to enter all your information in again like you are signing up for a new account (gives you an error if you actually get through that), or if you actually get to a verification page, you can verify your account with an existing number. How are you supposed to log in when the only way to verify your account is by entering your phone number, which you apparently can’t use twice?E. J. Crawford

I downloaded the app and filled out the profile, verified my number and tried to log in. I couldn’t get past the ok. I deleted the app. Then, I got a notification that the app was updated, so I downloaded it again and went through the profile and it’s doing the exact same thing! What now? Delete again??Twinsis64
Easy money for a few minutes of your time.
I’ve been using Gauge for about a month now and have managed to get $20 for just a few minutes of my time. Each survey has a short intro from Courtney, that quickly explains what the survey is about. Each survey takes about 5-10 minutes, and I get one or two every week. And they send you your gift card directly to your email a few days after completing your survey!
I have tried many survey sites and apps throughout the years, and it’s often frustrating because you get disqualified after putting in a ton of information; or they have a huge payout threshold you have to meet before getting paid. Gauge pays you quick, and I’ve never had a disqualification.
