Over charge

I have been charged 3 times every month and I have emailed them to refund the extra charge but they never reply . I can’t find any phone number to call them. I need to call them

Please fix/update

The last update brought bad quality of videos playing. The screen doesn’t rotate ....please reorganize your application. Also, please bring it to Apple TV OS. Or Smart TV compatibility. We need English translation added for our kids to understand it. Thank you.

Bad app don’t waste your time and money

Frustrating after downloading the app to keep having the same massage of unable to open and have no one to contact I have sent email and no one respond
In a rare number of times when the app opens its keep freezing and you can’t go back where you have left
It doesn’t support the Smart TV or Apple TV so you can’t watch in a big screen
Just a wast and frustration

Video player

The Video player in the new version is very bad specially when you connect It to the TV. The precious version was much better. How I can bring the previous version back please ?!?

Horrible app, horrible website, horrible customer service

Terrible app, terrible website, terrible uninformed uninforming incompetent customer service. Only reason I paid these thieves a a subscription fee is for Ertugrul. Don’t bother downloading this app, you’re better off just using the browser.
