Can they do any better than this???
You can’t even login. Just gives you a loading screen for short amount of time and then goes back to the login page. App is completely broken. From a large company like this, it is embarrassing. Their app definitely reflects how much they care about their customers in many other aspects. Bad business practices, bad customer service, and a broken app. This is just the start with Epcor. One of the worst companies I have ever interacted with.Show lesshbgrd
Website is just fine but mobile app is bad
I use the website and it works perfectly on my mobile phone browser, but the app interface is a little tricky and I feel like it would be harder for some userscutie ;}

Epcor managed to take an app that worked fairly well and muck it all up a several months ago to where it’s easier just to drive down to the billing location and pay in person then try to deal with this baloney. Whoever designed this app needs to be fired. And it also amazes me that Epcor doesn’t seem to give a care because this app has been problematic for months and not one single update.Show lessJustJG
Can’t use iPhone password manager
This used to work fine, but not anymore! Now I have to log in via a browser to pay my bill. Seems like it should be an easy fix to just put it back the way it was when the password manager could be used to input infoLooney17

Doesn’t allow you to use Face ID and doesn’t allow you to save username and password. Also something is wrong with the graphics and doesn’t display properly like a pop up within the app displays site options. I’m using an iPhone 15.Tod R
Broken
Every other company you can pay using the app. These dumbies have an app that crashes before I can even log in.
The app has a one star rating and they can’t be bothered to even update it.
