Very buggy almost useless
The app is very buggy crashes a lot and even if you get logged it all the screens are buggy very poor app. Either redesign it to work right or just get rid of it. Worst app I have used.Pooltech

EPCOR Login
User should be able to opt in for face recognition to login, similar to other utility apps. Not having this option keeps me from using the app.patlogin
Broken
The app immediately logs me out as soon as I enter my password. Says I have been logged out for “inactivity.”
The app is useless and epcor should get its money back from the developerHawkcreek

I’m trying to pay my bill and I have to put in my information like 7 times before it lets me log in saying ”for inactivity reasons you’ve been signed out” when I have just logged in and I have to go back to the process to try to log back innot worth it bro
Interface experience is terrible
This app needs a better design review before release. When you try to log in or pay bill the entry attempts are garbled. It asks if you want to paste lD or password then doesn’t let you paste. Then when login fails it jumps to pay where they want to charge you for the luxury of paying them on line at their site. That doesn’t go smoothly either. I’ll try the app again sometime in the distant future to see if they develop some competent software. To start with it should allow face ID instead of making you type stuff in.Show lessWrjones

So basic and buggy that it is not worth using. Really poor design or just a really low investment in mobile app.
Better to not have a mobile app than release this version. Take down an release when there is a real app with real value.WingerSJ
