A scammer app- Useless trash
No rules no regulations
No responsibility
They will cancel everything they want
They have been cancelled me twice
And one time the airline cancelled the trip and no one informed me
I just realized only when I reached to the check in counter
Oway replied they didn’t even know and had problems in finding the helpful way because their employees were sleeping on that Saturday morning( exactly the way they replied)
Then hours later replied I can book another flight in another airport….blah blah blah
Just disgusting….
Why haven’t u shut down ur business yet???

Bad Review - Trash Service
Our round flights to Bangkok-Phuket and Phuket-Bangkok got cancelled without any information. We got only notified that all our tickets are cancelled at the check-in counter at Don Mueang Airport.
Moreover the return tickets are already cancelled. OWAY never informed and they didn’t even know the situation. Oway just started emailing their team to check at 7:18am for our 8:30 cancelled flight.
Always inconvenient OWAY…

Spending my time:(
First ticket buy quickly, for second spended 3 hours, and don’t buy, because of different fails. Disappointed:( delete the program.
