App is NO good

I have been unable to access any issues on the app. Despite contacting customer ‘support’ nothing they suggested helped. Total waste of time & money.

Waste of time

Bought a subscription to the monthly mag specifically for the competitions. Only to discover you cannot actually complete them on the digital version.

There are icons saying tap puzzle to activate but it doesn’t work.

Pointless and no way to get a refund

Great app but no puzzles

Loved the idea of having this on my iPad, sadly you can’t do the puzzles 🙁

Terrible App

Cannot tap on the puzzles to enter. Tech support contacted on several occasions and not sorted the problem. Not offered any kind of refund or alternative. Wish I had just bought the magazines!!

What’s the point?

This app is useless - you are unable to complete any of the puzzles! What’s the point in having a digital version. Absolute waste of money. Don’t bother with the app unless you ONLY want to read the stories.

Can’t log in

Not been able to use the product as I can’t log in, after several emails and phone calls still no response.... been going on close to 2 weeks now
