Connection issues solved.
I had the same issue earlier today as alanf56 after a couple of weeks of problem free operation. Ie the flashing "Remote" on the handset and "no connection" on the app.
I switched it on and off on both handset & app, unloaded and reloaded the app, removed the blanket from the app & reloaded it, but the issues of no connection persisted.
Then, I had an idea to reset my router just in case it had automatically been upgraded in any way by the ISP. (Pressed the tiny reset button for 30 s).
Gave it a minute then reloaded the CosyNight app and everything was back to normal. All connections working as they should and everything fully functional. Maybe a slight code change had been loaded onto the router which affected the communication between the CosyNight app and router security??
Hope this helps anyone else with similar issues because when it's all working as it should; it really is a great item.

Useless
Having not used the app for several months it’s now asking for a password. I know the password but it says it’s not recognised. There is no option to request a reset and the customer support is lacking. What a waste of money.
Poor
Coming up to bed to find it warm is a luxury. Once setup I find the app/blanket combination reliable but when a programme adjustment is needed as the seasons change the problems begin. For some reason whilst the blanket is locked on to my WiFi the app takes ages to connect & then the connection drops out/comes and goes, so you need the patience of a saint to achieve anything. And it’s two whole years since app was updated - unforgivable! Especially at the price.

The worst app!!
It’s slow,poorly written and barely fit for purpose.
If you don’t use it for a while it will log you out and if you forget your password you will lose any access to the app.
No way to reset your password!!
You have to contact customer service to get a new password!!
In today’s world you would expect a much better app!!
The functionality it offers does not justify the cost!! I would purchase a cheaper version (without app support)

Terrible app for people with disabilities
If your hands shake forget using this app. It has a slider that you have to attempt to move to increase or decrease the temperature. It isn’t responsive enough to correctly increase or decrease temperature. Why the app creatures didn’t just have an easier user interface I don’t know.

Simply return the blanket. Dont spend your time on it.

Just doesn’t work. Very unreliable. Waste of time and effort. I just use the manual switch on the blanket now.
Needs update
This app is terrible, it’s very slow at the best of times, now it won’t open at all
Controllers not connecting to app again!
The app has had its issues many times but has been working great for a while up until yesterday, both controllers will connect to WiFi but are stuck on the word remote flashing which according to the instructions is a server issue. Anyone else having the same issue? I have reported this to customer service

Terrible product
We have the supposed Bluetooth enabled mattress, what a disappointment. It has never worked, despite trying with 3 different phones and having a multitude of other bluetooth devices in the house. Quite shocked that this product is allowed to be sold.
