Inadequate

Hi there and sorry you seem to have trouble with viewing trust content. You shouldn't need to uninstall and reinstall the app to see any of the content - most of our updates are pushed out over the air and require you to force close and reopen the app but after that they should be available without the need to do anything further. Not latest version!
So I have deleted the app and tried to download again but still the old versions 1.2.3!
What am I supposed to do????!!

Hi there and sorry you've had trouble with this. I think there must have been a misunderstanding here - the latest version of this app, JRCALC Plus, is indeed 1.2.3, so you should be on the latest version now. Our sister app, iCPG, which contains the JRCALC guidelines for individuals, is currently on version 1.3.8. I think that is where the confusion came from. Flickering???
When working offline it sometimes doesn’t load, why?
The flickering Dashboard is a particular problem as I cannot then use the App at all.

Thanks for reporting this issue with the app. Please can you send jrcalcplus@class.co.uk an email using the Send Feedback button on the app dashboard? This is a formatted email which will tell us which version of the app you are running. We can then work to fix this issue for you.
