Needs fixing
The app is no user friendly, and crashes all the time. Uploads tend to be difficult to add and disappear at times. BGRS staff has advised the times not to use it.

One would think it’d be basic to have chat support that can see things like who they’re talking to, or their move #, etc…
Having a chat window that crashes while looking up information for the chat support person is kinda ridiculous, c’mon, get it together, it’s been long enough!!!!

UI is useless
Firstly, set your account up on the actual website, the app won’t let you set a password,
Next the user interface is all messed up, words and sliders are cut off/ partially off screen and can not be accessed.
Yes/no questions are answered with sliders, but they are not very intuitive.

Absolute garbage
This company is the worst. It takes 25 days are any submissions to be processed and then another 25 days for any money to get deposited. I submitted a claim and still haven’t gotten paid which was back in June and it's now September. I have been trying to submit another claim with information that was requested but all I get is a technical difficulty message and that has been happening for about 1.5 months. No sense in calling them either for they just read a pre-scripted information.

The app will not allow the submission of claims.
One of the worst services I have ever used.
Camera function for submitting receipts is terrible. Auto crops, unable to recenter photos, and unable to edit receipt names.
