No delivery
Now they making me schedule. And when I do, there are “no delivery” what’s the point of me waiting, if there no delivery. I only had 2 deliveries the whole week. After one delivery, they would kick me out saying… there are too many drivers out, come back when there are available spot. That’s worst than minimum wage. I don’t like it. Not paying to delivery drives
Despite using the app frequently, I was unaware that the company was notoriously withholding payments from their hardworking drivers.
It's unacceptable that Hungry Panda profits from the labor of these dedicated individuals without compensating them fairly. The drivers are the backbone of the service, and this exploitation is a disgrace.
Until Hungry Panda prioritizes ethical business practices and pays their drivers the wages they deserve, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I urge everyone to do the same. Let's stand in solidarity with the drivers and boycott this unscrupulous company!

Takes too long to receive orders
The app is not good every time you schedule to go online it takes too long to receive orders if you scheduled your schedule for eight hours from 8am till 4pm sometimes you’re only receiving five alerts within those eight hours and it’s ridiculous. Sometimes only three orders sometimes probably no delivery alert within three hours or two hours. It’s crazy. The system is automatic where they go and send the alert automatically. That the system sends orders automatically, but I guess the system is not locating the delivery drivers correctly. It’s either its sending multiple orders to the same delivery drivers, not sending orders at all to all the delivery drivers that are available online and on schedule this needs to be fixed or the app need to be brought by a different company because I am not satisfiedShow lessTuty1228

Garbage platform
Garbage platform deduct delivery time, deduct tips, customers place orders at least ten dollars service fee, car delivery only gives $2 to $3 a single, only gives a dozen a day, and can only earn $100 to $150 for ten hours. It will also deduct the tips from the guests to the riders, do not show the delivery time, and reduce your real delivery time when billing. Poor App
Really bad experience with this app, no customer service at all, no one wanted to help because I don't speak Chinese, Chinese merchants are rude, and the manager person never answers and when does, doesn't give a proper answer. App structure is really bad as wellMela_Anto
Disputer
The disputer is super rude and they lean on to Chinese. If you are not Chinese, customer services center is likely to ignore your opinion. I got an order from merchant who pack product in his apartment. I talked to him but he was not nearby his apartment. He asked me to cancel the order. I messaged to customer center and explain my situation. After 王 canceled my order, he was thinking I’m lying since the merchant says something. I was very upset since they are not FAIR at all.
Furthermore, almost customers and merchants can speak Chinese; it means that it is very difficult to communicate, especially something happened while delivering.
I like Chinese people but not this app.

THEY DON’T PAY
I still have not been paid for orders from over 3 months ago. Despite numerous times contacting them I am either ignored or they tell me to fill something out which still gets nothing done. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.Tmacman23
