This app is bad app i see forever. The customer is cheaper. More than 98% of customers give 1 or 2$ as tip. Some customers pay more than 150$ for food and they give 2$ tip. All orders are not ready when you go to restaurants. You have to wait more than 25 minutes. The most important thing is when a customer claims he do not get his order or if drivers lose the food, hungry panda service take out the amount of order from your earning. That means drivers will pay orders if food is damaged or customer claims he do not get the food.i suggest do not work with them. I prefer uber and doordashShow lesslemrhari

Unresponsible management
This app has no management at all !! I would receive orders that has been overtimed ( meaning that it would ruin my efficiency rate, therefore I won’t get orders in the long run)I would tell the dispatcher and their response would be “noted” - which then do nothing about it . One time I received 2 orders at once, next thing I realise is that 2 of the orders had been taken from me !! I text the dispatcher and their only response was “maybe the manager took it” with no full explanation . Just inform you guys this wasn’t the first time this has happened , there was plenty of occasion that this exact same situation has occurred. They would consider the “new” riders more important than the old, which is very unfair. Even when they are in desperate help such as the weather being bad or there isn’t enough drivers, I would come out at help them but when I want to work in my own free time, they do this type of unresponsible actions. They have lovely customers, but however they are Chinese based company meaning mainly Chinese customers, it’s very hard to communicate with them as they don’t know much English. I don't know how this app still works. They only pay £3.1 to deliver an order that takes you 40 minutes to deliver, except that you cannot cancel the order after accepting it. This app is trash.ahmedalhaj2000

Worst dispatcher team (Durham)
I work for Durham zone., Dispatcher team here is worst., They’ve kept my account on hold saying my on time delivery rate is low., I’ve checked with my colleague drivers., they’ve got even worse delivery rating, but still they’re getting orders., This happened to me for second time after having debated with one of your support team regarding absence after agreeing to work., I actually went to work on that day but roads to the restaurants are closed on that day due to some event., he started debating with me on that and it went worse due to his arrogance.., I’ve explained him I’ve got issue with my leg., he asked me to send doctor reports. I’ve sent him reports., After two days he kept my account on hold saying my delivery rate is low., Then I requested him to release the hold. , Now again he kept my account on hold and not responding to my messages., We are delivering food to your customers regardless of any weather., delays may occur for many reasons., most of the deliveries are delayed due to order preparation at restaurants gets delayed. Especially on weekends., most of the times it happens due to traffic/ road closures/ diversions etc.. But Durham dispatcher team were ridiculous.. Absolutely partial.
