This company has problems.
Orders was way below market value if you compare to UberEats, DoorDash and GrubHub. The “dispatch” forgets that us drivers are independent contractors, and NOT employees. “Dispatch” also sabotages your account if you don’t play nice, and most of the instructions are in Chinese.XTony619-

They don’t give many orders , sometimes they don’t give orders at all for a whole day , no tips at all! I’ve never had any tips with this app, you receive an order and have to wait ages to get it , rider support not professional at all , the app has many issues to fix , the customers they put Chinese numbers and every time you have to call the support then they call them if the costumer reply then is fine if the customer doesn’t reply they may ask you to get the oder back to the restaurant, which is very unprofessional and they don’t pay for it . Delivery time too low
Why is it counted as a late delivery when i am just 2-5 minutes late. And the time is too low to complete the delivery. You are paying 2 bucks and expect the driver to give world class service?Maxx_Sensei
Good and easy to use

No orders
I don’t work full time. Used to get great orders but they don’t understand the area. Road closures, cars can’t go to certain zones. Now after a few weeks off I get no orders. Despite the messages saying it was 1.8x! Extremely busy. They have drivers they give every order too. The fee in Edinburgh has dropped massively. Used to get £8! To go certain places now it’s £4.10, £3.20, just keeps dropping. Also if customer orders from two places they send two drivers. The old dispatcher in Edinburgh was way better, she would send you orders going ti the same location. Im pretty happy to run to the same places again and again. But they don’t give me orders. Customer base is Chinese and they take ages to come down, then you get marked down. If restaurant is late, you get 1 min to deliver, marked down. It used to be cracking, I don’t mind doing £3 orders, but they literally leave you hanging by putting you on 1 order an hour and having to wait another hour for it to be ready.
