Deliver guys are not honest
It’s been multiple times waiting for 2.5 hrs for a delivery. But the worst thing is I never got my food. The delivery guy pressed “delivered“ but it was not. When I called him asking where is my order, he said my food was stolen but he still pressed “delivered” because he had to. He asked me to call customer service for a refund! They could learn from deiveroo
They give you orders when the restaurant hasn’t even started making the food, so if you are by a restaurant that you are notified with a job, you could wait for up to 1 hour! And as you know, deliverers don’t get paid to wait around. They should be like deliveroo and notify drivers with jobs that are ready to collect. Also, staff are very rude and have no sympathy if you encounter a problem, they just love money! A lot of the times jobs are notified with quite a distance from restaurant, yet they don’t consider the travel you make there when accumulating the salary for the job. I gave them 1 star extra because the pay is kind of fair for the long distances you travel. Please hungry panda, learn from Ubereats and deliveroo, they are very professional!Show lesskayibz

必须接单才能看小费
所有外卖软件都可以在接单之前看到小费就只有熊猫，不能看见小费。在城市两头跑却只有不到五块钱的运送费，但是也看不到小费接了单之后不给小费的客户还要求很多。只有这种中国平台，喜欢坑自己的员工。其他外卖平台也都是independent contractor， 为什么差距这么大？这种服务就应该看到小费再接单才合理，凭什么不告诉我们到底一单挣多少，现在接单像是在买彩票，好的给小费不好的开半天还不够浪费时间。 小费是保证服务的关键，没有小费就得不到好的服务，我们应该有权利提前知道小费的多少，因为没有固定工资adsvhtbhyfvtfcfd
