Can’t Go Offline
One major drawback of this app is that unlike other major delivery or Rideshare apps, you can’t go offline without having to decline incoming orders. With other major apps, you can go offline during an order, and when the order is complete, the app will automatically put you in offline status. Not so here, orders keep coming at you. This app also sends you multiple orders to picked up before delivery. I’m not sure what other apps are like in that regard, but I have a feeling that it could lead to customer dissatisfaction with orders that are not as hot as desired.
A positive note is that the payment system does seem to work smoothly with weekly compensation. I’m not sure how long it takes to get instant payout.
To reiterate: emergencies and life happens. App needs to allow drivers to go offline without continuing to pile on orders.Show lessPonchoCervantes

Exploiting drivers and breaking the law
The contract says that the delivery driver needs to pay at least 120% of the minimum wage plus $0.30/mile(California required $0.34/mile), but the actual wage is not like this! And the app doesn't tell drivers how many miles they have delivered!camha hq

They throw me orders without my acceptance!
Once they send me an offer, l try to open on the app and then it doesn’t show anything, when I refresh the app, it shows me as if l had accepted the order already automatically. Please fix this issue or it will be hard to work with you.Jaqueline_601
