App needs to update system
System keeps taking me offline every 30 minutes. It takes really long to receive an order and even when you have a schedule and you go online the time you schedule starts it still takes you offline every 30 minutes. They need to fix the app system in sending orders and for it to not take you offline when your online waiting to receive an order this issue been going on for 2 month now I don’t know what’s going on.Show lessTuty1228

Disparture treat you like an animal
I’m hungry panda delivery driver and panda disparture is so lazy to give orders directly to drivers nearby or delivery going same way or same shops disparture just throw the orders on the app so who ever open app first takes the order and when I asked to send nearby drivers or split orders between SHES been rude to me ,Show lessMr jagga
Panda Takeaway customer service was unable to contact and refused to respond.
When it comes to feedback, the customer service has been wrangling and had a very bad attitude. After that, they directly closed the customer service contact and sent emails to complain without replying. It is simply an illegal enterprise and rubbish!或者喝点打电话的好哒好哒
Can’t do delivery on app
It verified my identity but it says once the platform is confirmed you can become courier. How do I fix thisnikhil bains
Fix Problems
• When active using this app the audio volume gets depressed while listening to music or watching a video.
• Have a New Orders tab, Pickup tab and Delivery tab because right now when we get sent a new order that screen takes over the whole app and the timer gets stressful sometimes. Auto accept orders can be a nightmare at times too.
• The notification sound to driver is kind of annoying haha, after a year now I don’t like having to hear the sound of a fortune cookie getting crunched and saying “It’s Hungry Panda here is a new order” 😂 .
• Fix the problem when uploading proof of dropoff it goes back to the dropoff window to show me the address before completing the order.
• Merge the driver account to customer account and give the drivers a special discount when placing an order through PandaShow less4:44AM
