  • App states I’m in a call when that clearly isn’t the case

    As stated in the title. And since there’s no support link, I have no idea how to troubleshoot it.
  • Terrible App. Makes banking managing my auto loan a Nightmare.

    I have an auto Loan with PFCU that I’ve had for about 4 years. This app hasn’t improved AT ALL. Trying to make a payment requires a ridiculous run around in steps if you don’t bank with them as well. Then you get to where you should be able to make a payment, BUT it has a minimum payment set of $2,000! How many of us are making $2000 payments on a recurring basis?!
    TWICE I had to call and set up automatic payments and then you can’t even VIEW these on the app. You can’t edit. Remove info. You have to call, and wait, again, to make any changes at all to your scheduled payment and you have to do it at least 3 days in advance.
    I will likely never get another loan with them all because of the terrible App quality and function.

  • So glitchy

    Constantly disconnected, 3 minute queue never connects. Can’t do what I need over the phone and it’s been months of being unable to connect via this app. Even after deleting and reinstalling, using Wi-Fi, cellular, and public wifi. So frustrating.

  • Amazing Feature!

    I am in the process of opening a new account with Pioneer Federal CU. I live in a small town now and wanted to bank where I live and support a more local bank, instead of a nation wide one. I have always had an account with one of the “big banks” and they don’t have this awesome feature, which is surprising to me! I never knew you could teleconference with your bank. I needed to use this feature because right now all bank lobbies are closed and they understandably needed to verify my identity before continuing my application. I am looking forward to banking with Pioneer in future!

    I love that I can video call the credit union before I head into work in the morning or even after work for the day. 12 hours a day to do my banking is not common so I love that Pioneer makes this available to members! Thanks Pioneer!

    I think all banks should have this app the call was clear and so was the video! The customer service was also amazing pioneer federal is a great bank I’ve been using them for 7 years!!
