App states I’m in a call when that clearly isn’t the case
As stated in the title. And since there’s no support link, I have no idea how to troubleshoot it.R.C.1984
Terrible App. Makes banking managing my auto loan a Nightmare.
I have an auto Loan with PFCU that I’ve had for about 4 years. This app hasn’t improved AT ALL. Trying to make a payment requires a ridiculous run around in steps if you don’t bank with them as well. Then you get to where you should be able to make a payment, BUT it has a minimum payment set of $2,000! How many of us are making $2000 payments on a recurring basis?!
TWICE I had to call and set up automatic payments and then you can’t even VIEW these on the app. You can’t edit. Remove info. You have to call, and wait, again, to make any changes at all to your scheduled payment and you have to do it at least 3 days in advance.
I will likely never get another loan with them all because of the terrible App quality and function.Desi3084
