Trade filtering When you as an agent would like to set additional filters, you can now filter trades with the following options: People I work with, My shared transport, My team and My site. Date and time format in US or UK time setting When you as an administrator would like to set a different time format, you are able to switch between 24 hours / AM & PM time settings in the Komyunity web portal. Time off setting enhancement Komyunity now also supports the Genesys WFM configuration setting "DetermineFullDayTimeOffStartEndPaidHours" Disable personal trades In the Komyunity webportal administrators can disable personal trades. In addition, we have also made a few security improvements for the Komyunity web portal and several bug fixes have been resolved. On a few occasions the weekday time-off calendar started on Sunday, which has been resolved. Additionally, time-off requests can now be recalled. On top, as from this version, community trades which are completed (status accepted) by both agents, will not be displayed anymore.
