Can’t cancel my subscription for months
Still paying for my subscription because can’t find on the app or website how to cancel it.

This app is currently unusable for me because it does not work well with apples voiceover screen reader. I can’t even login.
Picked one of the most expensive options
It picks fully renewable energy the expense of the consumer. This service does not do what it advertises and is a total fraud. Never use this.
I’m not a fan of E O anymore
I don’t feel like Energy Ogre is finding the best electric provider, I’m being offered a much better deal on my own.
Not happy at all!
2nd time our electricity was cutoff because no payment info was given to the company and we didn’t hear from you. Will most likely be changing companies or finding our own electric service. Very disappointing considering how long we’ve been using this company!
SCAM
These people are scammers… they charge 120$ a year to keep you in the same contract for 3 years… every experience I’ve ever had with electric companies, by the 3rd year they completely screw you… energy ogre claims to find the lowest rate and switch you automatically but they didn’t do that to me, they signed me to a contract that is the HIGHEST on the current market right now and I’m stuck with the contract until June of next year or the fee to cancel, which I’m obviously going to do… when I complained to energy ogre for signing me to this outrageous contract and told them they were a scam, their reply was “fake news”… I should’ve known better because any app that has you subscribe for a monthly fee but has no unsubscribe button, has to be a scam… you have to contact them through email to cancel… just set a reminder for when your contract is up for renewal and switch yourself.. save yourself 120$ a year… I paid 360$ total to this company to have them keep me in a contract with the same company for 3 years… I WASTED 360$ to have this company screw me on year 3…

Seemed good at first, then they locked me into this. Can get a much lower rate myself. Can’t believe I paid these jokers to get me that. Run away from these clowns.
Stay away
These guys signed me up for electric service from power next. The clowns at power next have the worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. Power next respond to emails about every 30 days. So I fired energy ogre and I fired power next. I'll just go my own way. I don't need to pay $10 a month for this aggravation.
