Love JINYA! I would eat here more if you all would make it to where I can pay before picking up. I don’t like having to come in and swipe my credit card for a to go order. There should be an option to pay online with credit card the only option is with a gift card. every other restaurant has the option to pay online with a credit card for it to go order.

Ramen Bar
Honestly I’ve only been here once I went with 2 friends last night and it was the best experience I’ve had, The ramen/soup was great, the chocolate mochi were amazing. It is a very nice place to go on a cold night.
Terrible delivery communication
Whenever I order on doordash it cancels my order 30 min before it’s supposed to be delivered. If Jinya doesn’t want to deliver then get off of door dash. Thank you.
Allow customization when ordering
Please ALLOW Customizations in the app.
People should be able to specify if they want to REMOVE items when placing an order - everyone doesn’t want pork broth or chicken broth.

Need to add customization
Y’all need to add a way to remove ingredients for people who don’t like them all or are allergic to, since you’re restaurant does not take phone calls from Friday and Monday.

JINYA Cool app
Cool app I just wish they would get my location right at the start. I have to manually correct that before I place a pick up order.
App not work for Ga Residents (few)
I have downloaded and reinstalled this app maybe 7-8 times since last winter and still I can’t even place an order for pickup or look at the menu since the app will forcibly close down after choosing location from which to order from. Please send out update to resolve this!!
Rarely works
Seventy-five percent of the time it won’t let me place an order. Terrible app.
