Seventy-five percent of the time it won’t let me place an order. Terrible app.
Can’t complete order
Everything works great until I go to enter my credit card, and I can only enter 15 digits of a 16-digit number. If I can’t order, what am I even using this app for? Had to go to the website to get the job done. 🙄

Great place and great food
Constantly getting error message.
App looks great and easy to use. But every time I’ve been trying to check out for a delivery order. I get the UNEXPECTED ERROR message. Would love to support my favorite Ramen Bar. I just don’t feel like leaving my house today.

I love this restaurant… But
I’ve been trying to order from the app for the last 20 minutes and I keep getting an “unexpected error.” I reloaded it, updated it, same error. I guess I’ll eat something else tonight.
Great and easy to use
The only downfall is when you’re ordering you can’t make any specifications such as removing items that come in the ramen. But other than that, it’s great!
Great! But Lack of Options
JINYA is by far my most preferred restaurant and has been for years. I’m surprised they don’t know me by name yet. While they have a great looking and functional app, they’re missing some key items on their menu.
Two of the biggest ones are lack of Inferno (specifically Double Inferno) ramen heat level, and also the ability to order extra noodles individually outside of one extra with the order.
If these changes are made, definitely a 5 star review!!
