Very laggy

Please update this app. It’s very slow and won’t let me do anything. I keep having to close it and reopen it just to have it lag even more

I use this for work at bush gardens and let me say this is one of the worse apps ever . Because it always breaks and won’t let anyone see their schedule and everything. So I would definitely not recommend anyone to use this app until they get this right

For it being a work app, it’s not good at all. It glitches constantly and now, it logged me out and I can’t log back in. I’ll have to call their tech support. Definitely not recommended🤦🏼‍♀️

White screen

Recently I’ve tried to open the app and all I get is a white screen. This is frustrating when you are trying to figure out when to come into work and the app won’t load. Please fix.

Horrible

Working at SeaWorld for almost 3 months and when I need to check my shifts the app keeps glitching not even showing the sign in prompt

App problems

What I would really wish if you fix this freezing app that sometimes happens when I go and check and I check a particular day and it just stays in the loading zone

Needs 24 hr

I think it could use a switch from am/pm to 24 hr. I am used to looking at my schedule in 24 hour. Ex. 10:00 to 16:30

No time off

My time off never approve. Somebody help

Constant headache . It logs you out for absolute no reason and when you try to log back in it tells you the password is wrong even tho is correct. When you try to reset the password you never receive the email to reset it. The absolute worst.

The Biggest Headache You Will Ever Encounter

There are so many constant problems with this app such as the constant glitching, problems selecting shifts, random shut downs, but the one that irritate me the most are how it constantly logs you out for no reason then tells you your password is wrong when it is not. Right now I am locked out because my “password has expired”. It takes me to a page where I can set a new one but each time I do it tells me my current password is wrong despite me literally just using it to log in. So annoying and the call number supplied doesn’t even work unless you use a company phone. Can’t wait until I never have to use it again. As well as this, whenever you put in your ID so they can send an email for you to reset your password the email never comes so matter how long and I have one on file.
