The Inspire Fitness App is now FREE to all users. No subscription or credit card is required. Enjoy thousands of On Demand workouts, for your favorite Inspire Fitness equipment, as well as written workouts and exercise tutorials. Live classes are no longer available.
The app used to work fine. A couple of months ago the training videos stopped playing back. I called customer service who was extremely rude about everything and said they were aware of the problem but weren’t sure if they will fix or not. They said the company had a new owner and recommended I sign up for a subscription on a different app of theirs.
I feel cheated, like the new owners, Chris Hemsworth or whoever, are bait and switching me. First they promised a free app, and when it doesn’t work, they try to get money from you, instead of actually addressing the problem. It’s like they don’t care about anything but making money.
