The old bait and switch
The app used to work fine. A couple of months ago the training videos stopped playing back. I called customer service who was extremely rude about everything and said they were aware of the problem but weren’t sure if they will fix or not. They said the company had a new owner and recommended I sign up for a subscription on a different app of theirs.
I feel cheated, like the new owners, Chris Hemsworth or whoever, are bait and switching me. First they promised a free app, and when it doesn’t work, they try to get money from you, instead of actually addressing the problem. It’s like they don’t care about anything but making money.

App is no longer maintained
There isn’t a registration, just a log in. was able to make an account in a web browser but wasn’t able to use that login for the app. what a jokeChrisgauthier9
Mid app.
App works good, but there’s so much more features that need to be added to the app while working out such as average speed, heart rate, cadence, and watts, that way you can track your workout progress.
Also at the end of your workout it’ll be nice to see a graph of peaks of cadence, resistance, power and speed. I know all of that can be done, just go to work on it. Another thing missing is that I cannot link my workouts directly to Strava, you need to be able to link to Strava. Please work on it.Show lessGerardo131$

App is bad - can't find programs
This app isn't good. Their filtering system is broken and you can't find programs for the trainer you've bought and their tech support is terrible because they just send you around from department to department trying to avoid looking into their app issues.
I don't recommend subscribing to their service because most of the programs that used to be available can't be found on this version of the app so it's a waste of your money.Show lessColorado42
Always crash
Use it to see my inspire IC15 stat. Bike…can’t see nothing always crash and can’t have acces to my session…we have to use out phone as screen cause bike didnt has one but often didn’t work. DisapointedStephglap
IC 1.5 Bike Connection Issues
The workouts, trainers and bike are great but they really need to fix the connection issues. There used to be a “reconnect IC 1.5” button in landscape mode under the stats but it’s not there anymore and the app just disconnects every time I turn the iPad horizontal and have to minimize the screen and turn it to reconnect. This is especially a pain during the fusion classes when you are off the bike for a few minutes and it disconnects. I’ve contacted app support several times asking them to bring the button back and also fix the connection issues with no help other than to say to put in a new battery which I’ve done and has not fixed the issues. It used to work fine which makes me wonder if their system just cannot handle the increase in users. In any event it’s extremely frustrating when you’ve been used to having a great experience and no longer want to even use the bike with no idea what your rpm, level etc. are during a workout. Please bring back the reconnect button or better yet fix the connection issues so there’s no need for it!Show lessdawndawn111
Horrible app
With all the negative reviews on app freezing, why would you not upgrade your app! I have a subscription, but can’t get through an entire workout with app freezing.JacqNDa
Started out great…. Now it’s horrible!
I got my Inspire bike in September of 2020 from Costco…. And I loved it! The app had excellent workouts and great instructors and I ended every workout surprised with just how good of a workout I got. A couple months ago I started experiencing issues with the app - I would have to login every time I went to work out… it wasn’t storing any of my workouts…. These issues were just little annoying things but then the playback on the app became HORRIBLE. It would randomly stop and start throughout a class… and that SUCKED! After reaching out to Inspire and going back and forth trying to reach a solution I finally took the bike back to Costco this morning. I’ll be sad to not workout with my favorite instructors anymore… but the issues within the app made the bike itself unusable! BEWARE!Show lessZombiehater4life
