Could be good, but keeps missing the mark.
Another app update,but still no stereo music. Yoga classes have audio out one speaker. Super annoying with headphones. Hard to relax into the class. Cycle classes still mono audio.
Apple can do Spatial audio while Inspire can’t do stereo. A format almost 70 years old.
Full screen playback freezes multiple times per class. Need to go back to menu/info view to start again. Never freezes in that view.
Video quality looks like home video security camera footage while Apple Fitness looks like a big budget television show.
My free year is up in April. Not sure I’m willing to pay for this experience.
I suggest using the qdomyoszwift app for stats and Apple Fitness for classes. This has been a much more satisfying experience so far.Show lessAnonymous-again
Terrible
The classes were supposed to be free for a year with my bike purchase from Costco. They only lasted 1 month before requiring a credit card for access. I called and emailed inspire and received no reply. I decided that the company must just be shady so I have been limping along with just the bike timer and stats feature, which is supposed to save my workout history to the calendar but in spite of exercising daily, the app fails to save my progress about 4 days out of the month. Now the stats feature has disappeared. I am frustrated that my progress is not being recorded. I cannot recommend this (squeaky) bike or app.Show lessamberminty

Worked great until about a week ago. Now app randomly stops tracking mid workout; when it is working statistics are inconsistent, running cumulative versus specific to the current workout, and frequently doesn’t save workout stats even though the save button is pushed.just want my stats
Fix yo damn app
App suuuucks. Super glitchy, freezes mid workout and you eventually have to close it which restarts your workout. Did a recent update today and app will not open now even after I tried deleting and reinstalling. Really ruins the workout vibes

App update is the worst
Inspire recently updated this app and it is now THE WORST. Unbearably hard to find anything on the app, it is NOT user friendly. GIVE US BACK THE OLD VERSION. I am so frustrated every time I open this up. I have now been looking for 15 min on how to log my own bike workout and I still cannot figure it out. Loved this app before and now I cannot stand it.
The trainers are great and the bike itself does what it should. But for the love of god please make the app more user friendly.Show lessnewseagr22
One of the worst
I totally agree with what others have said about this app when trying to use it with a Inspire bike; really super glitchy and very inconsistent; sometimes my bike will be recognized and sometimes it won’t, stops tracking my workout right in the middle of using it, etc. Really poor app, one of the worst I’ve used. I actually bought third party devices (Wahoo) and use their software now to track my usage on this bike.Show lessG hates this app

Great when it’s actually working
I never had issues with the app until a few months ago. Now it works maybe 50-60% of the time. Classes won’t even start or sometimes they stop working mid class which is super frustrating. Hopefully they get it fixed.HayZehnder
Updates are horrible
I’ve had the bike for a little over a year and loved it! With its recent update- it has made changes to the actual app but being able to workout without a glitch is nearly impossible. I have a small window of opportunity to get a workout in because of my kids, however most of the time I’m trying to get it from stop glitching once I start the workout- at times it just completely restarts so I loose my stats. It’s extremely frustrating. I’ve haven’t had any issues until this recent update and it’s disappointing because I used to look forward to working out on my spin bike.Show lessEAC.CA
No circuit exercise equipment
Bought a inspire bike with 1 year membership. But in the app, there is bike equipment to select!! I can’t believe this!nitin007007
