  • Good service, bad company

    Tried spinning the wheel but an error occurred so I couldn’t get a chance to spin. And the app makes me wait for tomorrow AGAIN. My internet is working fine, and it’s fast. The app is scripted to purposely cause an error to make you wait again to spin the wheel. Getting free data is good on this app. However, these types of inconveniences makes me feel iffy about the company behind this app.

  • Worked well in Canada

    This service worked well in Canada while visiting Montreal, Quebec City and surrounding areas. I was skeptical due to the low cost but the only issue I had is that a few social type websites would not load due to being blocked.
  • Just awful

    - It constantly disconnects and struggled to find a network. It will let you down at the worst moment when you need a connection.
    - Their claim to sell data back is utter nonsense requiring a whole email chain for verification instead of sending back the money they owe you.

    Tried out their bonus data offer on coinmarketcap. I must say it work seamlessly. The support staff were very helpful in accomodating my requests

    Keep up the good work. Looking forward to using Dent on the Ethererum network.
  • Convinced

    When first starting to use Dent you were able to watch ads in order to get tokens to aide with the cost of data. When it changed to small chunks of data I was initially disappointed, but after now using it for a while having small amounts of usable data actually work out better as long as you keep the streak going. Good job Dent.

  • SSL error, account registration missing button

    This may just be a temporary problem, but I just instated the app on an iPhone 13 and I can’t do anything because almost all selections in the app result in a SSL error. When this happens I get a popup with a “contact support” button, but tapping on this only launches my email with no receiver address. So I can’t contact support either without doing my own web search for the support contact info. Attempting to register a new account in the app doesn’t result in a SSL error, but doesn’t work because a “continue” button seems to be missing/hidden in the UI. I’m the sort who usually contacts support rather than leaving complaints like this in a review, but the “contact support” option seems to be “bugged” as well so I’m leaving this here just in case I fail to contact anyone. The developer should confirm that their company is still in business.

    To the developer: I did finally contact your Zendesk support system but I keep getting the same dumb (seemingly automated) message containing a false answer. After using a VPN I was able to get the app to connect so my ISP or another ISP upstream must be blocking your site. Please carefully examine your zendesk email and don’t have an automated system or idiot support rep who can’t read just close your tickets with a non-applicable boilerplate form email. If an ISP is blocking you or has routing problems you might want to investigate.
