Decent App - Please add KAL Card to scan
The App is quite good and works well, a suggestion for a major improvement would be to add the option for the KAL member card or flexi card to be in the App to scan on entry. Appreciate this could be scammer dependent but it would save time for users and staff when members have forgotten a card. Plus the App should recognise if you are a current member prior to the respective centre homepages as currently it tells everyone about the membership offers, not great if you are already a member.Show lessLaborious Booking Process
As a member of KAL I’d have expected a smoother more intuitive booking process. If I want to make multiple bookings I have to input my card details each time. The app is decent but booking poor.Excited new member
The place is bright clean & fresh, lots of classes, lots of gym equipment, two great pools and even a nice cafe onsite. All the staff were friendly & helpful, special shout out to the lovely Lady that showed us around. Booking classes was easy on the app I am buzzing to try the two classes I have book for tomorrow. 10/10Show lessCan’t save payment details
Use this regularly and every time I book a class have to enter card details would be really handy to have the option to save card details. Would be quicker and more efficient to useAccess
When the booking system opens at 9pm to book classes in advance, the app crashes, takes time to process and the places at the class have been booked. Very frustrating! The app cannot support the footfall. There has been a massive increase in memberships without the increase in availabilityPayments

I like to go swimming at two separate swimming pools, depending how busy each is. The app doesn’t like that. Once a leisure centre has been chosen you are locked into that venue. I like going to Hudds and Colne valley but I can only book one or the other soooooooHome portal
App crashed when trying to register my child’s home portal for his lessons will not even work with safari or google still awaiting email correspondence back to rectify this for the amount I’m paying each mont for a 30 min lesson you’d have thought they will have bug fixes and the website upto date and working fullyShow lessUseless, no way to register so no way to book
The app is no help and has locked me out of KAL services. Sessions must be booked but nowhere in the app is there any way to register or any instructions on how to do so. This is not a public service any more. I hope someone brings a claim based on accessibility.Just back to it
After new knee operation back into exercise starting with Aquafit, the instructor was brilliant and considerate to my needs. Bus company let us down again had to cancel at last minute staff where brilliant and helpful
