Non functioning features
When using ‘lemmie take a selfie’ mode there’s a space to add notes and comments. When you go to add a comment the cursor will show up but no keyboard.
Horribly Buggy and Poorly Designed
This app does not progress to the next stage after taking photos and the survey inputs are frozen. I would not recommend using this app or their braces technology because of this lazy app development,
Impossible to align on my own
Horrible app. No matter how I turn my head camera alignment way off unable to scan. This is a useless app. Much simpler for me to go to my dental office have somebody take a picture with camera and upload. What were you thinking when you were developing this app?
Have you test on your mouth with retractor? If you did you would easily figured out what’s wrong with this app. What a waste of time!!

Horrible service
I’m so upset and disappointed. I started my Invisalign process while I was in Italy, my home Country. I was assured the process would have taken 8 months. First lie. After 2 whole years my teeth weren’t straight. I then moved to the US, it was 2019. Had a new set of aligners that my dentist gave me before i left. She told me that i would have had to transfer my care to a US dentist since i was moving, and that I wouldn’t have had to pay a penny since i had everything paid in full. We contacted Invisalign back then, and they confirmed.
Well, when i transferred my care here, it turned out I had to start from zero basically, pay again for a service i already paid. I didn’t get my last aligners and the containing ones. I would have had to pay again about the same amount i already paid for the whole service to have those. The result is that my teeth have moved again. I contacted Invisalign here in the US and I got zero care. Having my teeth straight finally, was a dream for me. I understand that moving wasn’t ideal, but first, i was promised results after 8 months, and then i was promised continuous care which i never got. I’m so upset and frustrated.

This is brilliant!
Okay first off, the product itself: The utter fact that you can just take these off just eliminates the deciding factor on what you can or cannot eat, like generic braces, but also that you can also buy some other cases that just look insane to me, I even found a mind blowing self-cleaning case, which can clean the Invisalign for you. But if you are on a strict diet, like a VERY strict diet, then it might just not be that much of a benefit. Nonetheless, this thing rocks! Next, the app: Everything just feels so easy to use, yet so compact! For starters, it will ask you to take a picture of the little rectangle containing the information on how they should use it and who is using it. Also, there is a complete shop listing different cases and stickers to put on the Invisalign. Everything just feels perfectly where it needs to be, it’s just overall amazing to navigate through!

App support is poor
The app stopped working for me. I’ve completed the contact me form twice which indicates that I will be contacted in 2-3 days. It’s been almost 3 weeks with no response via phone nor email.
Significant improvement over previous selfie app, but the AI models are a complete garbage
Who is providing the feedback recommendation? I doubt that every time I submit progress photos within two minutes my doctor has a chance to review the photos.
The garbage headless AI model that Invisalign is using for these is going to make my Invisalign process take 3+ years at this point, and I simply refuse to listen to the generic app generated feedback. The last three aligners all gave me the exact same message and each one of them felt perfectly fine switching to the next one without any issues or discomfort. My dentist asked me to start using the app at aligner number 26 and all of a sudden the entire progress is completely wrong and it takes up to three weeks for a single aligner because the generic AI review that looks at the photos is a pile of garbage.
At this point, I refuse to be a test monkey for a poorly created app when I’ve already spent $3000 on this. If it continues like this, I’m gonna want to be seen back at the office regularly again.

is very convenient on telling me when to change it and putting my trays back in, also when i lose track of what number i’m on it keeps track for me, also bought a case off this app and it came in 3 days, but that’s also depending on where u live
Useless app
Total waste of time. Never seen a more useless app for a big company you could do a lot more. Deleted was not even easy to switch my tray schedule when I changed a day early. Stupid app
And a on and hard password !! What a joke. Nobody is hack g this piece of ahit to see my teeth schedule. What a joke.
