One of the worst app I used
I am not even sure why it have such high rating consider the AI response is garbage. Telling me to keep wearing current one extra days but the schedule notice refuses to keep current one and moved to next number. If I knew the app is this frustrating I won’t have even use Invisalign.
Current version is not user friendly
1) after the latest update, I no longer get notifications when I’m supposed to change trays. I’ve missed my change dates a few times now.
2) I don’t need a reminder on how to take my mouth photos every. Single. Time. Please give us a “don’t show this again” info so we can skin the mouth photo tutorial.
3) the tray it thinks you are on is consistently buggy. E.g. The calendar tells me I’m on tray number 15 - but when I go to take my photos it always says I’m one tray ahead! So, in the drop down menu asking “what trays did you just finish/what tray are you taking photos of?” it will say 16. Always 1+ my actual tray number.

love the app but it would be great if it was easier to modify the calendar/change dates around based on how long one had worn their invisalign.

App never gives a notification any more to change trays
Let me set my own schedule!!
Wore a set for longer because I was away and the app won’t let me set that I just advanced and that I don’t need to change for a week. Why bother being able to set timing and reminders if you won’t allow me to adjust to my actual timeframe? Can’t set when a new tray is in, how long I’ve been wearing them and when to advance at the same time. Super annoying!! Now I’ll be told to change in two days when I just advanced.

For some reason, this app won’t notify me to change my aligners anymore(and yes I checked my settings 100 times)

The recent update to the app has modernized the look however, the functionality is lacking.
I’m wondering why they removed the live timer.
It’s hard to track how long you’ve had your retainers out.
Bring back the live timer so you can see in real time where you are!!
