If this is skycityonlinecasino, then I’m am the right place…I have had constant troubles with withdrawing any wins. I’ve given them all documentations for verifications as requested from them and they still mucked me around. Problems only occur when you need to withdraw money. They have no issues when you deposit money on their site to play. I’ve lost over $1000.00 on their app. Warning to any one that plays their games. Don’t waste you’re money

Bugs - Terrible app
Update now pop up keeps coming up even when app is up to date. Bluetooth pop up keeps coming up even when app’s bluetooth permissions have been turned off.
Bluetooth BOMB
Now this is strange, for a while there this app seemed to work, even revealing membership particulars, reliably. Then a week or two ago I started getting random notifications “Bluetooth BOMBS” telling me I could either “close”, or take me to settings “Bluetooth” to allow it to “use Bluetooth for new connections.”
Worse still if I open the SC app I now ALWAYS get this, and it’s a “death loop”, can’t stop the app from appearing because it’s permanently masked by the notification, and “close” just makes the notification disappear momentarily only to almost immediately reappear. “Settings” opens >Bluetooth where it’s of no interest to me to allow any (additional) connections.
This is truly off the rails.

Updating app
Every time I log in it’s says updated app but you never can
New update is slightly annoying
Dislike that I have to have my Bluetooth on to use the app.
Too intrusive on privacy
The new revision forces to give Bluetooth permissions. I deleted the app.
Bluetooth prompt
IOS user - For some reason, your app now has a prompt to turn on Bluetooth and will not close even after turning on Bluetooth. I am uninstalling the app as it doesn’t even allow me to close the screen unless I double click to condense all my open apps and then swipe the SkyCity screen away to close the app. Please fix

Shows current restaurants, and any events coming.
Fine to show that information, useless to find any members specials or details.
Will not allow me to login, will not send me an email to reset my details, if I select to contact someone it only gives me NZ information.

Simple to use - order room service
Simple app with info about Skycity. Best thing is being able to order room service when staying in the hotel direct from your phone. There’s also a cool “find my car” service which lets you search your number plate and locate your car.
