Too Much Loading

The app should load in the background when there’s any update. Showing a full loading screen blocking interaction is an extremely bad UX. Also, Sign Out button should not be on the main header bar of the app. You’re suggesting that people should do that but putting it in such a crucial spot.

Pretty good, easy to use app

Overall I’m pretty happy with the app, however I find it really odd that I can send messages, but can’t reply on either the app or the mobile site. I have a message that I need to respond to, but it’s just going to sit there until I can get my hands on a laptop so I can access the full website, or find the time to call

Fast and easy to use

Easy to manage your accounts with super quick login. App use to drain battery in the background but it has been updated lately

Email receipts please

It may not be the most advanced banking app compared to others but it’s got the main functionalities I need. And finally they’ve fixed Face ID! Now only thing I ask for is, please enable the function to email out receipts and confirmations like almost all other banking apps can (sick of having to take screenshots!).

Drains battery!

None of my other app drain as much battery in the background than this one. Otherwise the interface is good, and it’s easy to use. I’ll be sticking with the website for now, until the battery drain problem is fixed.

please support for face id

i can see the improvement there to remember the account id and finger print login but with iphone x we need the face id support. Please provide this feature for the next update. thanks

Much awaited, easy to use app !

I have been waiting for this app for over a year now, didn’t know this app has been there for sometime now as the login page on website still reads ‘Watch this space’. Anyways, it’s very easy to use app and FaceID works for me on iPhone X and TouchID on iPhone 7.

Yay finally! And it does the job

Works perfectly well and very functional. Finding a bit of lag time between tapping a menu item and the screen switching over - other banking apps are a lot faster to respond, but doesn’t hamper use, just a bit of a ux downer. Thanks loans!

Good but drains battery

Thanks for adding Touch ID. There is an issue with this app running in the background and using a lot of power. Over the past day it has been responsible for 55% of my battery usage (in battery stats) despite only checking in briefly a couple of times. I checked after my phone seemed to be going flat much quicker
