  • Not loading now

    I have really loved using this app for the first week or two but now it’s stuck on the first loading screen after confirming sound level. Please help me get it going again. I’ve tried deleting and reloading.

There was a bug which affected a small amount of account created earlier, however, we've uploaded a new version of Hearoes 1.1.0, which hoping solved the issue with the loading of your account.   • Love how easy it was to get started

    I’ve been playing the activities and have been noticing an improvement in my sound recognition already. I was worried it was going to be complicated but it was much easier than I thought.

    What an amazing amazing free app for ANYONE with a cochlear implant. It has been a cornerstone in my rehab process and I feel like I make progress every day. Just an incredible app and shoutout the developers for making it free and helping thousands of people with cochlear implants

    👏👏🙌🏻🙌🏻Amazing!!! Great app for those new or old to the cochlear implant world! I wished I had this when I first implanted 3 years ago to help my brain learn quicker! I surprised myself when I didn’t know some of the noises, music and words! Obviously my brain still needs training 💚

    I was fitted with a Cochlear Implant in January. I have tried a number of apps designed to aid the re-learning of sounds and I have found this one to be the most relevant and helpful.

  • Not Working

    Looks like a great tool, Got this app to help tech my two year old Granddaughter with implant. However, there is no sounds, Tried it on IPad & Iphone, same disappointing results

    Hello, Thank you for your review and sorry to hear about the challenges you had regarding the sounds. iOS devices have a mute function which mutes the sound from some apps, including ours. We're currently exploring this situation further for our next update. In the meantime, some iOS devices (mostly iPhones) have a hardware mute switch on the side of the device (above volume control). Otherwise, if your iOS device doesn't have a hardware mute switch (mostly iPads), please access the "Control Centre" settings on your device and turn off "Silent Mode" (bell icon). If you're still having issues with the sound please email me (hello@g4h.net.au) and I'll look into this further. If you do play Hearoes and have sound again, it would be very much appreciated if you could change your rating to reflect your most recent experience with the app. All the best with your grandaughter's hearing journey.
