No money has come into my account!!
I set up packages and asked my clients to book me via this app, my clients have booked sessions and paid but no money has entered my account, it’s been 8 days now.
I tried to find a number to call support but there isn’t any, I emailed customer support and I did get a response to which they explained it takes up to 7 days to reach my account as it has to go through some processes so I thought I would leave it and give it the benefit of the doubt. Yesterday was the 7th day and I was meant to receive my money but I did not, I emailed customer support and now I’ve had no response. £180 missing now! DO NOT USE THIS APP

We have made a change to our support system that will prevent any further messages being missed. With regards to your payments, I can see from our payment platform that the payment was indeed made to you on the date indicated.
