I’ve started using this app for a couple of months now for about 2 hours daily. After taking the 10 day Goenka course almost a year ago , I’m still not feeling much sensations or feel I might not be doing it correctly. The app is very useful in keeping your mind focused in whatever topic you choose to do at that moment and the instructions are much clearer in helping you to understand what it is you’re supposed to do. I would never have imagined I’d be able to feel sensations all over but also to penetrate inside the body without this app. I wished I knew about this app right after my course. The only thing I find that might help is to have a few minutes at the beginning of each topic to settle down the mind or breath.

Very worthwhile
I found Vipassana by doing some other techniques for a long period of time and seeming to get calmness but no enlightenment. Listening to Tara Brach i found Vipassana. Although I believe going to a Vipassana retreat is probably the best way to learn and get the best Vipassana practice, this app after now have done 15 hrs is really working I beleive. I only use this app now and will continue to. It would be great if I could dim my screen whilst meditating (but this may just be my device settings. Thank you Russell
