Now I barely get them but maybe once a month. But I live in a small town, so it’s expected. I always get orders at the right times. 😄😄The app is very simple to use. The app still needs a few bug fixes but they are good at fixing them. It’s time where you could make an extra $200 a week and thers times you could make $50. It’s a work in progress but overall I love the app. And with ProxyPics there’s no automated response and they will call you if they feel like you’re having a problem great customer service.

I won’t mention their name because they still owe me money, and have a tendency to block people who complain about the service. ProxyPics is far and away superior in every way. The app itself works. It’s not buggy or broken in any way so far as I can tell. The quality of the work has been much better. Payment has been effortless. The interaction with the chat function has been pleasant. The response has always been professional and helpful. One thing I really like is the messages that the company puts out frequently. They are informative and helpful to me. I’ve just started with ProxyPics and am thoroughly impressed. It very easy to use and understand. It pays well. I would recommend it to anyone looking to make a few extra bucks. And to the companies out there looking for this type of service, I would choose ProxyPics over any other company.

Thank you for sharing!Overall this is a really good app. The recent changes made to the landscape audits have made a world of difference. To be very picky, I would like to see all needed photos in one spot rather than the dumpster, ADA parking, and loading dock photos being buried in the questionnaire section. As for residential, the app is super straight forward. I would like to see the button to take a photo higher up rather than needing to scroll below the instructions on how to take a photo. The last change I would love to see is sound alerts when a new order is available. At the moment, I have to be looking at my phone or else I miss orders. Again, this is me being picky. I appreciate the online chat function, but most of all, I appreciate that I have always been able to reach Liza via email or phone when a question has popped up even when I have reached out after her business hours (I am in a different time zone). Liza is always very helpful, friendly, and personable. I feel supported and appreciated. I always prioritize my workload based on the ease of working with a company and how they treat me, Proxy Pics is at the top.

The only issues I have had have been with new technology rolling out (360 photos for instance). Between the learning curve on my part and Proxy Pic’s quick response, any questions, issues or bugs are quickly taken care of. The chat feature is wonderful and allows the user to get directly in touch with someone on the Proxy Pic’s team while out taking photos. It’s been a great experience!
Every time you try to take a photo in the app, you get a screen telling you how to take the photo. This makes it difficult to get photos without the resident seeing you take them. Resulting in the resident getting agitated and feeling like your up to something nefarious.
The app needs the option that allows you to take the photos with your phone and then upload them. This allows the person doing the work to be more efficient and getting the job complete. Time is money and we should be given the option on how to do the work and not being forced to waste time dealing with the how to screen on each and every photo.

Simple to use , easy assignments and a fair timeframe to complete .I can set up a route and complete in the 6 hours allowed and they are super-fast at reviewing and approval. The app is fairly new and , while they may be experiencing a few “ growing pains “, I have high hopes for these folks .Communication is good , payment is swift and fair for the work. I look forward to this company’s growth and hope to see more and more assignments in my area . I recommend to anyone who has even limited photography skills and a desire to add a little extra to your income . **** Since I started using ProxyPics, I have seen them grow substantially. The addition of real estate photography has been phenomenal! I often can complete several assignments in one day. The proxy staff is great at responding to any issues or questions that I have my only wish is because I live out in East Texas in the rule area that these jobs would pay more to drive out to. Because even though it shows that it is only 20 miles away it could take over an hour to get to if it to the back road area. Driving 45 minutes to a job doing the job and driving 45 minutes back doesn’t warrant a $16 payday. Keep in mind proxy is keeping about 40% of what the client is paying.

We understand this would limit job availability due to your rural home base, but rest assured that our sales team is working diligently with our commercial clients to keep you busy. Order payouts vary, but we ensure to pay our data collectors top dollar to guarantee speedy results for our clients. For reference, clients will pay $10-$15 for a front photo order (depending on volume) and our Proxy will receive $8-$9.75.
