No longer works on Apple Watch.
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the Apple Watch app after updating to new iOS. Just keeps saying it can’t detect my base and to open on iPhone. It still works great on my iPhone 14 Pro Max with new iOS just not the Apple Watch. As someone who is disabled I rely on the app to work on my Watch as I wear that to bed so I don’t have to always sleep with my phone.

Cannot get Siri or Bluetooth to recognize
Reached out to customer service, said I would hear in a few days. I can add the bed, but the app recognize that my Bluetooth is enabled.
No longer works on Apple Watch after new update
I’m not able to use the Apple Watch version after updating to v3.5, 5 days ago. It keeps saying “Your iPhone is not responding. Open the app on your phone and try again”. It works just fine on my iPhone. I have the Apple Watch series 8. My phone and watch both have the latest iOS. I’m not sure it anyone else is having this issue.

Siri shortcuts & automation complete failure
Failure of an app, siri shortcuts and automation poor. You can tell its from a mattress company not a tech company.
Not dependable
My experience is that most of the time the app does not connect to the bed. Siri commands rarely work. Waste of time. If I could rate this app zero I would.
No use
Have the E255 model that isn’t even listed on here. So it serves no purpose for me.

Needs ability to add custom presets!
Hard to criticize Malouf as the app works well and having the watch app is pretty stellar. But I’m a bit surprised at the inability to either add custom presets or to adjust the existing presets. Fix that Malouf and you have a 5 star app!

I have loved using this app. It was really easy to connect the first time and has worked seamlessly since. I love the “Hey Siri” features and not having to always use the remote.

Please upgrade your app
When this app is working it's great. However it's way too easy to accidentally delete your entire bed set up by tapping on a bottom icon or swiping left. Also after using it for about 2 to 3 weeks suddenly it stops operating the bed. The only way to fix it is to delete the app and start over which is very frustrating! Come on developers fix it please!
