Remember that you must always confirm any appointment through Swapfiets' live chat or a phone call. The app is probably just for show and may not give your local store enough information to complete your Swap.
Never works to plan a swap
Makes my only option to cycle across the store and then even though I have booked an appointment had to wait 20 minutes to be seen. The idea is excellent but the execution really lets it down!!
The only easy thing about the company
Going in and talking to these people has been hard, but the app was insanely easy to use and seeming knew what I wanted to do. Very well designed.
