  • 12 weeks weight loss program

    I started my weight loss journey in Sept. 2020. Living in the US, it is hard to find a resource that can accommodate our dietary requirements. I came across the FITTR app and started my research. After a few days of reviewing trainer profiles, I selected Archana. We had our first call and I provided her with my info. She was very professional and knew exactly what I wanted. She designed a diet and exercise plan to fit my schedule as I work. The instructions, guides, plans she provided were easy to follow. We connected on a weekly basis and Archana guided me, adjusted my plan on calories consumption, exercise accordingly. After 12 weeks of following the plans, I lost a total of 12 kg. Archana is a great trainer, always available to help, advice and guide you throughout the weight loss journey. I am still following her plans and continue to lose weight. Thank you

  • Suggestion

    One suggestion i would like to articulate -
    Please add in-app link navigation .
    Example- If a person enrols for a coach we do get a message stating please fill in your details in goals and preferences section.
    But initially I struggled to find the section .
    It would be easy if in same message we do get a link which would redirect me to goals and preferences.

    This app is really help ful in letting us know what are the myths and what mistakes we do. Additionally the people in this fittr group replies as soon as possible. Lovely group.

  • A full package of fun training and nutrition

    I was introduced to Fittr by a friend. They have the best set of coaches that help you in achieving your goals. Ever since lockdown due to COVID 19 began, the coaches have designed live sessions everyday morning and evening. I recently enrolled with a coach and am enjoying the progress. The coach really makes sure I stay motivated and form a sustainable food plan with a good amount of carbs and other macro nutrients. I definitely recommend this platform to anyone who is interested in fitness.

  • Best App for Fitness and Nutrition

    I have been using Fittr from past 1 year and its really great. The online diet tool, Training tools, Live sessions by coaches,Researched based Articles on Nutrition and Fitness,Transformation Challanges three times every year to keep ourselves fit...everything is free and available for free.
  • Meal plans not easily accessible

    Of the many things the Fittr app can be used for the #1 thing is being able to access meal plans.
    Even before keeping track of what is being consumed everyday we need to access the meal plan in the beginning of each week so as to shop for groceries and do batch cooking.
    None of that is easily accessible or even handy anymore. I’ve to manually write everything down on paper which completes defeats the purpose of this app.

    The previous versions had an option to see a full day summary chart of the plan and I was also able to export a pdf or print it and my shopping/cooking list was ready.

    I tried doing this on web version and that’s even worse. There’s no way to see a full chart or even ‘expand all’ Breakfast, lunch, snacks, Dinner categories.

    With adding more features and development it seems you missed out on a basic principle of keeping the most important aspects easily accessible and user friendly. Please conduct better usability tests before rolling out new changes.

  • Amazing information

    In this day and age of monetizing every little bit of info, it’s amazing to get so much useful information and advice on both nutrition and work outs! I’d bet there is no other app/community out there providing so much value in this category as Fittr. The number of ratings on AppStore doesn’t nearly reflect the value it provides!

  • Best fitness app for proven methods of weight loss

    App registers you to a great community of fitness enthusiasts. You can get your basic meal plan, workouts after entering your weight, fat % etc. All methods shared here are proved and help many People transforming themselves to better version of themselves. Must have for everyone looking to keep themselves fit!

  • In Love with Fittr

    This is my go to app for all fitness queries, healthy quantified recipes, articles. What started out as just a trial had now become an addiction. Like the new update of sorting food recipes by caregories 👍. Awesome work team.
