  • My weight loss journey

    I was trying to loose my baby weight after my second delivery, i tried many things like aerobics, running, intermittent fasting etc but nothing worked this time which worked in past then My friend introduced me to FITTR, this is what i was looking for - some guidance. I explored and got inspired by my friends and many others transformational journey, so without procrastinating i joined FITTR to give it a shot. That's the best decision i made for myself in a while. I picked Isha Sachdeva as my coach, she is the BEST. She explained me the importance of strength training , calorie deficits and importance of following the meal plan. First week was difficult, I thought this will not be sustainable but she prepared meal plan as per my eating habbit. I followed the plan very strictly and was very happy and motivated to see my weight loss and inches loss week over week. My coach guide me how to control eating habit by mindfull eating in social gatherings, vacation, festivals etc. She monitors and discussed my progress every week which is very helpful to stay on track. I was 65 kg when I started, i lost 7 kg and many inches, achieved my goal weight in 4 months. I never felt strong, healthy in many years, I continue my workouts during my menstrual period and i no longer feel any cramps and tiredness. BIG SHOUTOUT for my coach Isha Sachdeva ! Thank you Isha for all the guidance and motivation!

  • Leaderboard does not support folks not living in India

    Genuine question, is the app only for Indian users based in India?
    I’ve a concern with the app, hoping it can be fixed, but it looks like it’s a known issue which won’t be fixed.
    I’m based in USA, Est timezone, our team’s leaderboard in FITTR resets at 12am IST. Fair enough, as most people in the team are from India. When it resets for everyone else, but for me my steps are not captured from 12am IST to 12am EST, so my step count is not captured for these 9 hours and 30 mins. So for me if I walk after 2:30pm EST till 12am EST it does not count to the Leaderboard. Where as for folks in India, their steps count is captured till 12am ist and then the next days counter starts. How is this fair? Isn’t it a bug? Can it be fixed? If not, please mention clearly, people outside India please don’t sign up, this is only for people living in India.

    Thai feedback is for my coach Prasanth R. He is an excellent coach who makes sure to keep a check on me and is very good at bringing my focus back on my goal. I know I have been a difficult client who finds it hard to follow through on instructions, and Prashanth has been very patient and determined with me. He keeps me honest and helps me navigate through all my food cravings and distractions with social events. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a coach to hold them fully accountable for sticking to their goal.

  • Not helpful

    I joined fittr twice, it’s a lot of money to splurge on. My coach was not regular with training, she herself is great at that stuff but if you have too many clients I suggest not to take more up, focus on the ones you have.
    As of me, I dint lose much weight.
    There’s many motivating people on this app, but honestly if you follow the calorie deficit it should suffice with some level of exercise.
    Online help us not that much, prefer some local PT. Too much money to spend for something very little return.
    DONT WASTE MONEY, if you join the app or any other app for that sake follow the free programs. Not worth it.
    Same advice is given to everyone. Make use of the calorie counting app, track your steps and you should be fine with some level of exercise.

  • I like the app, but…

    I like the app, but there are few challenges which needs to be fixed. The UX of the app is not self intuitive, Coach has to prepare navigational videos to help. There are decimal exceptions, which possible is due to the way it is coded, which should be fixed. Certain decimals do not save, especially after two digits. There is another issue when I try to upload progress pics. The pic selection pop up with manage options do not appear, so I have to go to the “core settings” and allow the app access all my camera roles and then revert it back, like an work around. These needs to be fixed.

    I am using FITTR app and have enrolled with coach Prasanth. He has been coaching me for over two months in my fat loss and muscle building journey, and I cant thank him enough for an amazing support. In a short span of time, I lost over 4 inches of belly fat while retaining muscles. Prasanth coaching style is very friendly and he understands your needs thoroughly and makes adjustments accordingly. He also shares wealth of knowledge in fitness and guides really well. I would highly recommend Prasanth as a fitness coach. I have had a extremely positive experience working with him.

  • Best health fitness app out there

    Long before I used this app, i’ve used FITTR platform to get mentor and I was already impressed. Having this app makes everything so seamless. It has some hiccups but were resolved very soon. Team is quite quick in fixing the issue. I’ve been using MyFitnessPal earlier, but slowly I’ve transitioned to this app, and Its been great so far. There are so many features that I haven’t even explored yet. Its a one stop for all your fitness activities.
