  • A fitness App that might just change your world

    This in one of the best apps in the market and what more, you don't need 10 different ones to do different fitness stuff for you, when you can find everything you need here.

    A way to track your progress and health, scientific knowledge and queries, transformations that dictate dedication and motivation, a place to track your food and count calories of different food items, make diet charts and workout plans, and professional help if you do need help and beyond. It changed my life and I’m sure it’ll change yours too.

  • Health and Fitness ecosystem

    The Fittr app is not just a regular app with sample templates, it’s a whole ecosystem for health and fitness, it has recipes, diets, tools to measure fat and BMR etc.

    There are also certified coaches who has deep insight into quantified nutrition and exercise science who guide you to prepare your diet charts.

    All in all anyone who wants to start or continue their fitness journey, this is the best place.

  • Best app so far to get fit n for nutrition

    I have been following diet n workout plans for five months. Fittr is a very unique app started by Squat team wherein you get a diet and workout plan as per your inputs while signing up. Most importantly it gives a document to understand the logic behind everything you need to know about your body. Anyone can access the app n start a healthy life by reading the default doc, following diet n performing workouts.

    You will find numerous articles on fitness which not only clears your doubts but also enrich your existing knowledge again all free of cost. Anytime post a question and not only coaches will reply you ASAP but others members are also ready to answer.

    You can enroll under any mentor but it is by choice. Without any mentor also you can make your own diet and workout plan which can be reviewed by mentors absolutely free. Such an amazing app with this freedom.

    Since so many recipes are submitted it is very easy to get the idea what all you can cook with quantified ingredients.

    The great thing which I love is raw ingredients which you can replace with many other similar ingredients and make your own cuisine. Be it Indian American or Mexican. So easy to work around.

    Though sometimes I find it slow in speed while accessing features.

    Lots of relevant fitness information plus food recipes available for free.
  • Be fit with fittr

    If you want something badly to be fit then this is the right choice . From basic to advanced ,everything you get here. Calculating bmr, basic diet plan then workout plan , even the diet recipe you will get here . People share their motivating transformations so you can see those here . So a great app for people who want be fit . Just loving the app 👍🏻

  • Homepage

    I am not tech savvy and I found homepage quite clunky and cluttered.
    1. You have to scroll horizontally to figure out what’s on top after challenges.
    2. Transformations could just be an icon, stating click to view transformation pics, rather than that dominating ur whole homepage
    3. Those faded icons at the bottom of home page, specially those ones with three bar extreme right corner? I would have never known what’s that is
    4 the watch icon, forgot what it is. Looks like I need to have a good memory to remember it.

    No hard feelings. I am writing this comments which I wouldn’t have despite not liking them is to earn fitcoins 😀

  • The one stop fitness solution!

    I absolutely love this app. It has soo much, and all for free! No paid subscriptions or purchases necessary. Good, research and scientifically backed articles and knowledge hub, motivational transformation posts, diet tool, workout tool, bmr/1rm/ tool, videos for workout posture...you name it and it has it! Also, the challenges are fun and boosts ur morale!!

  • The app is really helpful

    This app comes really in handy to calculate on my cheat days.
    Would just point out a few things
    1. My added stuff doesn't seems to be appearing in the list of food items to be added.
    2. Food search won't show up the option until you search the exact keywords . . . Should have been able to identify partial search or related keywords search.
    3. I am still not sure about this . . . but it would be awesome to keep your favourite stuff added with your selected quantities than it would be just a matter tapping a plus without editing quantity or could be one more tab saying "my diet" stuff
    4. One more great feature would be to add and lock your diet for say a week or a month so you didn't have to search or add your food everyday. Would make life more easier.

  • Still a long way to go

    Glitch in the appointments with the app. It does not tell which time zone especially when you are booking an appointment from outside india and also books the next days appointment. Lack of flexibility in terms of timings of coaches for the coachee’s outside India is another concern.

    You guys are doing something unique in Indian landscape, getting all those bulging bellies back in thousands at a time. For that to go far- Standards need to be set, Standards need to be met every single day.

  • Amazing app . I love it

    A small suggestion . It would be helpful if the default diet plan given is based on region . Let’s say if I am American and I see roti / curd it would be difficult for me interpret it . So if I can select a country/cuisine (a few popular cuisine’s in the world ) and if I get s default diet chart accordingly. It would be of great help . This app can shared globally without any issues . Thanks for your support .
