Terrible App
The app doesn’t work well at all. It just keeps loading and loading. Then it crashes. Waste of time
Provided great updates
The app took a few weeks to provide an update (based on when the box was picked up) but once the ETA showed up, the updates were provided on a regular basis which gave me the peace of mind that my box didn’t get lost. Lol.. the updates included delays the ship encountered offloading the box in the Philippines as well as clearing Customs.
I shipped box 8/20/21. Arrived port of manila 10/27… just cleared customs and I just checked now, and my box is in a truck ready for delivery.. Yay!!!

Tracking feature does not work
When an invoice is entered into the tracking screen, clicking “TRACK AN INVOICE” causes the App to crash.
Only for USA
Cannot even create an account since only works with zip code (USA) and not postal code. (Canada)

I live in Canada and you can’t even create a user profile on the app because it requires a zip code. FYI Canada uses postal code and NOT zip code. Useless app.
