No option of reset password
This app is horrible I tried how many times to log in and there is no password reset option and customer service is so bad no one is answering call no one is calling you ,you have to email them and wait for 3days . I have to email them how many times horrible bank and app , so mad that they can’t call me to help me find out why there is no option in the app to reset my password and why I have to use my old account that is been closed already . How I will remember my password it was a long time and I can’t change my password because there is no reset passwordShow lessNeed to change phone number
Update review: I wish that this app have an option to change the phone number. It will be so much easier for the users. Going to the bank just to change the phone number is kind of time consuming or waste of time. Recently I was in PNB bank I spent 2 hours there. The service was so slow.
Note: I am glad that I can add or remove my device through the app. Would be good if more devices can use the app.

This new app is the worst ever! Once you ger a new device, your account will be locked. How can we go to the nearest branch to register ur new device ir we are working abroad.Developer Response
