  • No option of reset password

    This app is horrible I tried how many times to log in and there is no password reset option and customer service is so bad no one is answering call no one is calling you ,you have to email them and wait for 3days . I have to email them how many times horrible bank and app , so mad that they can’t call me to help me find out why there is no option in the app to reset my password and why I have to use my old account that is been closed already . How I will remember my password it was a long time and I can’t change my password because there is no reset password

  • Need to change phone number

    Update review: I wish that this app have an option to change the phone number. It will be so much easier for the users. Going to the bank just to change the phone number is kind of time consuming or waste of time. Recently I was in PNB bank I spent 2 hours there. The service was so slow.

    Note: I am glad that I can add or remove my device through the app. Would be good if more devices can use the app.

    I appreciate any enhancements you guys do in this app. Hope it will more user friendly.

  • Worst app

    This new app is the worst ever! Once you ger a new device, your account will be locked. How can we go to the nearest branch to register ur new device ir we are working abroad.

    Love that I can access my account in the PH while living abroad. Easy to transfer money! Very convenient! So far no complaints 👍👍

  • Can’t log in or sign up in the App

    Hi, I was trying to sign up with my current account and still it won’t process, I am currently in Australia. I did open an account when I was in the Philippines before and is valid until 2026. I want to check my account and update my details but the APP won’t let me sign up or log in. It always says can’t process at the moment. Please FIX this. Thanks.

  • Unable to access with my new iPhone

    Bought a new iPhone and traded my old one in but now cant access as it says "detected a new device, must unregister the old device". How? When its no longer with me? I have 3 other banks which I managed to access without any issues with this new iPhone. I am based in the UK so visiting one of the branches is not feasible. Why make it too difficult, PNB?

  • No way to reset password on app

    There's no password reset button on the app. I can't even try to resolve the issue by myself.

    This app works better now, the one thing i dont like is what if i lost my phone how can i log in when i am only allowed to register one device. And i can not go to the bank since i’m not in Ph.

  • This app doesn’t work.

    I’ve been trying to access my account but to no avail. System unavailable for so many years now.I’ve tried to add my other account but it would always say already registered but there’s no way to access it.If would not even give you the option to type the user ID it would ask you right away fir the PW after logging out. Its terribleand useless. Old app served me better

  • The Old App Was Ok Then You Decided to “Update”

    The first online app was working seamlessly for me and there was also the site log-in option. I was never able to log in to this new and updated app and has been messaging back and forth with customer service for over two years and they haven’t been able to help me even to just successfully register with this new app. I live out of the country and this is nowhere near being conveniently accessible to me. My money is stuck in the account and I can’t even see what’s happening with it. PNB, go figure why you got a 1.8 with bad reviews piling up. If there’s a negative star, I’d click on it. So frustrating!
