  • Not user-friendly

    It is hard when you get a new phone and try to install it to your new phone. I need to go back home (Philippines) to be able to use their app once i uninstall it. One-time use of certain device.

  • Just barely does the basics, but works

    Only one device, strange. Worse, somehow with the prior update they removed monthly recurring payments, and left daily, quarterly and annually. Hahaha. How dumb. How can you remove monthly when that is the most common? No weekly option, no bi-weekly option, no monthly. Who checks the app before they publish it?

  • Auto logout

    I can login but and view my balance. But after yesterday’s update, whenever I try a fund transfer, the apps logout automatically, getting back to home screen. Previously i can do things smoothly, but this time after the update got worse. Why, I need help and assistance.

  • Very poorly designed

    It does not have the functionality of being able to flip the application portrait or landscape as you flip your Apple device. The screen designs are so non-intuitive. The PNB Account Access Portal accessible through a computer was so much better, much more intuitive. This idea is very poorly thought out, poorly designed, poorly implemented. It is not worthy of any star, but the app store automatically puts in the 1 star. You cannot even print the Terms & Conditions. The term ‘Generation’ is wrongly used. Apple & other PC manufacturers use the term ‘Generation’ to mean, e.g., first generation of iPad manufactured/released, second generation, etc. The ‘term ‘Generation’ does not apply to PNB, the term that applies to PNB is ‘Registered’, e.g., first machine registered by customer to PNB Digital, second Registered’ in the event customer upgrades and/or replaces the device the customer first ‘registered’ to the PNB Digital app. Please don’t just copy terminologies; please think logically. Use of colour light grey in terms of font colour for e.g., account type, transaction date, etc. is very poor choice, it is so hard, extremely hard to read; it is too light in colour. Your application design is very much geared towards aesthetics & sales but so much lacking in intuitive ease of use, ease of readability, intuitive functionality, & does not blend itself to iOS features. If you update Terms of Service, it would be highly advisable and professional to highlight via e-mail to customers the terms that have been updated as opposed to just expecting the customer to re-read the Terms of Service from top to bottom, not to mention the Terms of Service is poorly designed, extremely difficult to read.

    Can't able to see the transaction history. I can only see the last three transactions. When are you going to fix it for the better?

  • This is a terrible application!

    This is a terrible aplication! It won’t let me register, i tried logging in using my old user name and password that i use to access my account using my desktop computet but it deny me access. Now , I’m unable to access my account using my desktop computer, it keeps telling me to go digital mobile application. I installl reinstall the application but same result, it won’t let me register, terrible!

  • Could there be any worse than this?

    Apparently not. If I could rate this as zero, I would. The app is so clunky. You can only use this on one device and it is such a hassle to transfer it. I have changed my password too many times and when I retry, it says I could not use the same as the old one. Make it make sense.
