App doesn't work
An app update that doesn't work. Tried to sign up but it won't let me. I don't have the time to call customer service just to fix this, my PNB app was good before this update. Now, I couldn't see any of my account summary/details when I have to check. Kindly resolve this.camz_a_
New App is a crap
I’ve been using the old app just fine but with this new one, i cannot even view my account anymore…To the developers of this app…i keep on getting “the device fingerprint not a valid JSON string”. How can i check the settings if I cannot even go pass that message? I tried on my old phone with fingerprint but I cannot continue because ot says i have reach the maximum device registered. Please revert to the original while you fix this new crap.Show lessJohn Florino
I am unable to create another account with app
With the old app I can create a separate account using the same app. With this app I cannot do this. It automatically brings me to the first account and since it was a salary account. I have put in diff. details I cannot add my second pnb account.Omecar
Weird limitations
Generally better than the old app but why is there a character limit for the account name?? I cannot transfer to certain accounts because of this. Super hassle.Al3n@
Poor new app
I down loaded this new pnb app and I did follow the instructions but it says: We are unable to process your request ,please try again later! As a filipino who stays abroad, The old app works better for me and I can open it anytime without any problem. I hope they will switch to the old app setting because it works better.Show lessone step away from nothing
Not able to transfer to other bank account
I thought it will be smooth when you upgrade this new app. Why it doesn’t allow you to transfer to other bank. It say unable to process uour request please try again. I tried so many days but still it doesn’t process. What is the use of this app if doesnt work.mobile legend addict
Banking app that does not do your banking
I don’t even know where to start. PNB “upgraded” their app into this and I expected it to work as smoothly as the old app. But no. It wouldn’t even let you do local bank transfers to saved payees. It’s a nuisance to people abroad who do not have access to a local bank. PNB please fix this.Kdsampaga
This Apps Doesn't Work
This Apps does not to me. I have tried downloading in three devices and trying to register but to no avail. I also contacted customer service and and certain Tin asked me to provide some information as well as screenshots. After I've sent to them what they are asking then I received no response despite sending them follow up emails.
The problem why they are trying to fix things that are not broken. The PNB Mobile is working fine but they are forcing everybody to sign up on the new malfunctioning ones. Otherwise we can no longer use it on a certain period of time.
Therefore, I am giving this Apps 1 star because that is the least one. I would love to give them none if there's any.Show lessRammaum
It doesn't work
Tried to sign up many times on my iPhone using the account number and debit card options but failed. It keeps on saying I entered the wrong details. I had to transact using my laptop all the time which is so inconvenient. I hope you can fix it.KIRAHSANTOS
Ridiculous!!!
I tried many times to sign up and the same message of Oopps keep coming up despite putting correct info required. Whoever made this PNB App should go back to school!MissWien
