Unfortunately I was not able to update my personal info when I changed my mobile phone. Now, my account is locked and the OTP is being sent to my old mobile phone. I sent the necessary documents already to the branch and until now, two months already, they are still unable to update the info. Allegedly, because being overseas, I opened my account thru a different channel and not directly to branch where my account is being maintained. I am flabbergasted how their IT system works that this can’t be fixed efficiently. Your app should be improved to consider situation like this. And IT personnel should be able knowledgeable eto attend to this kind of situation. This is so disappointing that I can not access my money.Show lessDeveloper Response
