  • Better than the last app.

    This app is way way better than the last PNB app:
    -bank transfer made easier
    -works with phone biometrics so you don’t have to be typing your password over and over for each transaction
    -requires OTP for security per transaction
    -this time it remembers your password,unlike the old app where you’ll need to change password for every log in which is a very very big inconvenience.

    I am happy with the changes you’ve made with the app, keep it up with these positive changes that makes banking easier and hassle free. Thank you

  • Useless app

    This app ruins everything its giving me a hard time i dont even recall may password cause im using the a face app and this time your gonna sign me up again i need the old app its easier for to access i cant go home that easy to the Philippines to go back and fix it.
  • Unreliable

    What is this transition? Was expecting it to be easy but up to now not able to use it. The mobile app was easy and fast. Wish they did not change it. As if the creator of this app is in the remote time. I did not appreciate this at all.
  • Problem new app

    I leave here abroad, the old app served me better. This new app is a problem!
  • Error during log-in

    The app keeps saying, “OOOPS! We don’t have an email on your file. Please contact the nearest PNB branch to update your records.” When in fact I have a valid email and phone number on file as the bank sends me confirmation on all my bank transfers.

    I sent numerous inquiries to PNB Customer Service and up to now no resolution. Going on 3 months. Very frustrating.

  • Fixed when is not broken

    Why to fixed something not broken!!! Hello….!!! My login is not working and tried to register for it still not working!!! Does the programer knows what he is doing??! Please bring fix it right that work for the customer!! I need to have access on my account. Thank you!!

    This update is very much disapppointing. Cannot proceed to log in due to need to update the registered mobile number. There should be an option to change mobile number, so we can still receive OTP.
    User friendly, seriously? The update should level up, lika an easy access to our online accounts!

  • Transaction Receipts are not available

    Unlike your previous app, this one lacks a lot of things. I cant find my transaction receipts and I tried emailing your customer service but clearly your staff is not using your app as well coz they just keep telling things that cannot be found in the app. This is ridiculous. Not helping your customers at all.

  • Trashy Banking App

    The developer of this app has to go back to the bootcamp and have one on one with his/her mentor. This is so ancient among the banking apps on the market both local and international! If youre in the old version there are bullet options that dont work at all, meaning its all just a mock up. Recently a newer version has emerged and to continue to use the app you need to sign up again? Never i have encounter this with other apps in this lifetime that you need to sign up again, gather your documents from their safe! And what now, i cant log in coz i need to go back to a brick and mortar bank and speak to humans! What a pain in the neck! PNB kick your developer out and hire at least good ones, if not great! Or at least stop having an app if youre not ready to compete with the rest. Stay like an old school! Better that way.
