Very disappointing
It’s so disappointing that I can’t upgrade into this new PNB app. I can’t sign up despite putting all the correct details. The old mobile app is so easy to use. This new app is absolutely RUBBISHfromegirl

App doesn’t work. Tried signing up using my account, says oops try again later. Same when I try signing up with my card. Emailed them and after a week of emails was told to go to a branch because they can’t assist for security reasons. Will the old app work after June 30?? Stupid people!!Shully01
Bad App!
Please update asap as customers are having hard time with this new phone banking!! The previous was way better in terms of user friendly!!!
You cant even enroll your atm account! And you cant add UITF!!!

The previous app was not perfect, but at least it was functional! I can’t even use this one, and it seems like by the end of this month I won’t even be able to use the old app. Such a hassle and inconvenience, and there has been no signs of them even trying to improve it. No option to reset your password in-app
When you are blocked from your account. You have no option to reset it on the app. You will also experience the dilemma where the CSRs of pnb has no comprehension of your issue even after stating all the facts you are experiencing.Leona_rd
Poor Development
Typical Filipino I.T. Developer incompetence. You have to register all over again and password policy does not recognize correct minimum password characters typed. Even my dog can develop a better app than this garbage.PNB Incompetence
No improvement
No option to add/save a new payee without transferring a fund.
It does not automatically link from the old version PNB mobile. Such a hassle to register again
Suggestion: its better if it uses the same log in details of our old mobile banking. And saved information and payees of our old mobile app will be automatically link or forwarded to this new pnb digital app.Show lessKShagh

I deleted the old apps thinking this new one gives better result and yet you cannot login it keeps saying Oops! We are unable to process your request, please try again later. I waited another later, the same! The frustrations is piling up! Better to bank to another more sensible bank in PH!!! I will not recommend PNB at all.😥Show lessgagokaman
