Worst Banking App Ever!!
I wish there is ZERO Star to rate this App. This App will bring you huge hassle. The previous App was working so well and now they changed it to this App and I lost all my access!!!! They want me to go to my branch account and it’s a huge hassle because my branch account is very far from my current location. Worst decision you made PNB. The new PNB digital app
Although this will get me thru my banking needs since I am overseas I prefer old school by using the PNB website. Thanks to Globe disconnecting my CP number due to “ no load” thanks pandemic, I requested a CP number change from my PNB bank in order to receive the OTP number so I can complete my on line transactions.
I don’t understand why it’s taking so long to do this simple request and I am surprised there is no way to update my contact/ OTP number from inside the website. The on line website seems to accommodate a password change and it would be so simple to have a way to change personal data such as a contact number.
The website should be the primary venue to conduct PNB banking and the “app” should be available to enhance the on line experience.
I hope PNB IT support is seriously reading these comments from its PNB customers.Show lessLanny Kelly

Im not really happy in the first place they told me before that they will gonna change my phone no in abroad unfortunately they haven't do there job properly how can I access my otp using my old number doesn't exist anymore ano silbi ng email kung di lang gaganapinKarla Joven

Cannot used the news app put my info still not showing my account and note said try again later
I’m doing this since I received a notification that they will change for the new app. I’m trying to connect to on my account for the last 3 months already. Still no access.SpidaMnky

Per the usual it is probably the nephew of some fart sniffing limp dlck lizard exec that was tasked with making this garbage. Good ONLY for one thing!
The app promises to do a lot of things! But is only capable of seeing my balance account. Tried to transfer money to other bank but the PIN that is required to process and proceed the transaction does not come within 5mins before it expires! Or we don’t receive the PIN at all! What’s the point? Also tried GCash within the app but has the same issue. We don’t receive the PIN at all so we can’t proceed to the transaction. Next year pa cguro mu abot ang pin kung wla na covid lol or bacn na positive ang pin mao na lockdown. Wla ka abot sa gipadulngan.Show lessEternity Gplus
